Probate

After a person passes away there are almost always loose ends that need to be tied with regard to that person’s estate. There may be debts that need to be paid or property that needs to be transferred to heirs.

We help loved ones tie up loose ends in a way that is most effective in their situation, and help them resolve open items as easily as possible.

If your spouse or parent has passed and you need to transfer property out of the deceased person's name, We’re here to help.

It is very important—especially if the deceased person left a will—that the will is admitted to probate within four years of the person's death. You cannot use the will as a means of transferring property under the terms of the will unless a judge issues an order probating the will.
